What to Write About
Something is broken
Tell us which page you were on, which browser you were using, and what the file was — JPG or PNG, roughly what size, and where it came from. If a converted file was rejected by a print service, quoting the exact error message helps enormously. You do not need to send us the image, and please do not: we would rather not receive it.
The tool did not do what you expected
Worth reading What is DPI? first, because the most common surprise is that changing the DPI tag does not add pixels. If that is not your situation, write in and describe what you expected to happen.
Privacy requests
To exercise any of your rights under the GDPR — access, erasure, objection, and the rest — email the address above with a short description of your request. See the Privacy Policy for what we actually hold, which is very little.
Press, partnerships and feedback
All welcome at the same address. If you run a print service or a publishing platform and our guidance about your requirements is out of date, we would genuinely like to know so we can correct it.
Why There Is No Contact Form
A form needs a server to receive it. This site deliberately has none — that is the whole reason your images never leave your device. Adding a backend just to collect messages would undermine the one guarantee the tool is built on, so we use plain email instead.
Who Runs This Site
ConvertImageDPI is operated by [[RELLENAR: nombre o razón social]], based in Spain. More about the project on the About page.
