Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Short version: Your images never leave your device. We have no servers that receive your files. We only collect anonymous analytics data via Google Analytics.

1. What We Collect

ConvertImageDPI.com is a client-side web application. All image processing happens directly in your browser using JavaScript. We do not have a server that receives, stores, or processes your image files.

We collect the following anonymous data via Google Analytics (GA4):

  • Pages visited and time on page
  • Browser type and operating system (anonymized)
  • Country-level geographic data
  • Referral source (how you found us)

2. What We Do NOT Collect

  • Your image files — they are never uploaded to our servers
  • Your name, email, or any personally identifiable information
  • Your IP address (Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization)
  • Cookies beyond those set by Google Analytics

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how our tool is used. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic and usage patterns. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies set by Google Analytics for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

Our tool loads the following resources from third-party CDNs:

  • Tailwind CSS (from cdn.tailwindcss.com)
  • JSZip (from cdnjs.cloudflare.com)
  • Google Fonts (from fonts.googleapis.com)

These services may collect request logs (IP addresses, browser information) as part of serving the files. Please review their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We do not store your data. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's default retention policy.

7. Your Rights

Since we collect no personally identifiable information, there is no personal data for us to delete, export, or correct. For questions about Google Analytics data, contact Google directly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

9. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us through the ConvertImageDPI website.
